This is an opportunity for local teens to voice what they like or don’t like about the nominated books for this national selection list which will be published in 2019. This list of nominated books, which is updated monthly, is located on the #BFYA2019 current nominations landing page on The Hub. Teens must read at least three of these titles to participate in the Teen Feedback Session on Sunday, June 24, 2018, from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
Teens will spend most of the day visiting the Exhibit Hall, searching and obtaining treasured ARCS, before enjoying a free lunch with Young Adult authors. The Teen Feedback Session will be the culminating activity. Some members of the BFYA Blogging Team will be onsite while others will attend the session virtually. Teen feedback is an important factor in determining the final Best Fiction for Young Adults list.
For more information about how your teens can participate in the event, please contact Carolyn Vidmar, Teen Services Librarian, firstname.lastname@example.org.
